I had heard good things about this bakery, and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered a box of assorted kolaches for a family brunch, and they were a hit. The sweet fillings, especially the cherry and lemon, were fantastic. The savory ones were good too, but I felt like they could use a bit more seasoning. The texture of the dough was spot-on—light and airy! The only downside was that the place was pretty busy when I went, which made it hard to find a spot to sit. Overall, a great place to satisfy your pastry cravings, and I can’t wait to go back to try more options!
